RESILIENT YOU will only accept exchange items that meets our requirements.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN:

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached 
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
  • Merchandise must be in the same condition you received it
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the date you received your package
  • Merchandise stained with make-up, deodorant, fake tan, animal-pet hairs and food, cigar smells won't be eligible for an exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE

  • All Items on FINAL SALE.
  • Bodysuits, and Swimwear.
  • All MADE TO ORDER items. 

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN:

1. Before returning any product to us, please contact our Customer Service at resilient.youare@gmail.com to confirm if the product is eligible for exchange. Please include your full name, email address, order number, items to be exchanged, reason for exchange and approximate date of purchase. You will be emailed detailed instructions to follow.

2. When you are ready to ship the product back to us, please remember every order MUST be accompanied with your name, last name, and order number using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship and get lost. Note that the above address is not a physical store location and is to be used for mailing merchandise for return only, is the purchaser's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping to return the product and using a trackable shipping method.

3. Once we receive your order back we will proceed to inspect the product and confirm you via email if the return is approved. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

4. If it is approved, we will exchange and send back the items. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your request.
